Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 19, 2026 · Last Updated: March 19, 2026
1. Introduction and Parties
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dock0 platform, including the website at app.dock0.dev, the Dock0 CLI tool, the MCP proxy service, and all related APIs and services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is provided by Cynsta Technologies s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic (registered office: Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic; registration number IČO 23298766). Throughout these Terms, “Cynsta”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Cynsta Technologies s.r.o. and “you” or “User” refer to the individual or entity using the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3.2 If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3.3 You must not use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where such use would be prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.
4. Account Registration

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3 You must notify us immediately at security@dock0.dev if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
5. Description of Service
5.1 Platform Overview
Dock0 is a platform that enables developers to deploy, manage and monetize MCP servers. The Service provides:
- MCP server hosting via a managed sandbox environment or external origin proxying. Hosted Deployments are run on a third-party compute provider (currently E2B) and may be paused or stopped when idle.
- API key authentication and management.
- Per-call rate limiting and usage metering.
- Wallet-based per-call billing.
- Creator earnings tracking and payouts via Stripe Connect.
- CLI tooling and dashboard management.
5.2 Two Deployment Modes
- Hosted Mode: Dock0 builds and hosts your MCP server on managed infrastructure. Source code is deployed from a connected GitHub repository. Usage is subject to hosting credit limits and overage fees as described in Section 6.
- External Origin Mode (Connect): You provide an existing MCP server URL. Dock0 wraps it with authentication, rate limiting, and billing. No hosting is involved.
5.3 Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
6. Subscription Plans and Pricing
6.1 Plans
Dock0 offers the following subscription tiers for Creators. “External services” refers to the number of Deployments you can connect via an external origin URL, and “Hosted services” refers to Deployments we host on managed infrastructure. Plan fees are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
| Plan | Price (monthly) | External services | Hosted services | Included hosting credit* | Platform fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 2 | 0 | $0 credit | 10% | Hard caps on usage; platform fee is 10% of paid call volume. |
| Creator | $19 | 10 | 1 | $5 credit | 5% | Includes $5 of managed hosting credit; additional hosted usage is billed at $0.02 per compute-hour. |
| Pro | $49 | 30 | 5 | $20 credit | 5% | Includes $20 of managed hosting credit; overage billed at $0.02 per compute-hour. |
| Business | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Contract | Pricing, limits and hosting credit are negotiable; platform fee is typically 5%. |
*Included hosting credit applies only to hosted Deployments. Compute-hour usage beyond the credit is billed as an overage on your subscription invoice at the rate specified. During the MVP launch period, hosted runtime usage may be bundled into paid self-serve plans and not billed separately; we will provide notice before introducing separate overage charges.
Plan features and pricing may change. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase affecting your current subscription.
6.2 Plan Changes
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time via the dashboard or Stripe customer portal, subject to the following:
- Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher tier, Dock0 will calculate a prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. You will be asked to confirm this additional charge through a Stripe invoice or checkout. The upgrade takes effect immediately once payment is confirmed.
- Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower tier, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. A scheduled downgrade will lock your account to the lower tier at that time. You may cancel the scheduled downgrade or upgrade again before it takes effect. No refunds are issued for unused time on the higher tier.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your plan will not renew and your hosted services may be suspended.
Taxes, if applicable, will be added to your subscription charges. For EU consumers, VAT will be applied at the rate of your country of residence. For business customers with a valid EU VAT ID, the reverse-charge mechanism applies.
7. Wallet and Per-Call Billing
7.1 Wallet Top-Up
Consumers pre-fund a Wallet balance via Stripe Checkout. The minimum top-up is $25 USD. The maximum single top-up is $5,000 USD. We may offer preset top-up amounts (e.g., $25, $50, $100) to simplify checkout. Funds are credited to your Wallet immediately upon successful payment.
Stripe payment processor fees are incurred only on the top-up transaction. During the MVP launch period, Dock0 credits your Wallet with the full purchased amount and absorbs these payment-processor fees; the fees may still appear in your billing reports for transparency.
7.2 Per-Call Deduction
When a Consumer makes an MCP call to a priced Deployment, the call price set by the Creator is deducted from the Consumer’s Wallet balance. If the Wallet balance is insufficient, the call is rejected with HTTP 402 (Payment Required). Per-call payment-processing fees do not apply because calls are paid from pre-funded Wallets.
7.3 Wallet Balances and Refunds
Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts and do not earn interest. You may request a refund of unused Wallet balances by contacting billing@dock0.dev. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 business days and may be reduced by amounts you owe to us or to Creators. Funds already spent on MCP calls are non-refundable.
8. Creator Earnings and Payouts
8.1 Revenue Share
Platform fees vary by the Creator’s subscription plan. Free external services use a 10% platform fee. Creator, Pro and Business plans use a 5% platform fee. Platform fees are calculated as a percentage of the net call price and deducted from each paid call. The remaining amount constitutes Creator earnings.
Example: A call priced at $0.01 on the Pro plan generates $0.0095 in Creator earnings and $0.0005 in platform fee.
8.2 Stripe Connect Onboarding
To receive payouts, Creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Stripe Connect is provided by Stripe Technology Europe Limited, an electronic money institution authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland. By using Stripe Connect, you also agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement.
8.3 Payout Schedule and Thresholds
Earnings are swept and paid out periodically (currently weekly by default, on Mondays at 02:00 UTC). The minimum payout threshold is $25 USD. Earnings below this threshold accumulate until the threshold is met.
8.4 Payout Fees
Stripe Connect transfer fees may apply to each payout. At launch, Dock0 absorbs those payout processor fees instead of deducting them from Creator net earnings. We may change this policy in the future with prior notice.
8.5 Tax Responsibility
Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on their earnings. Cynsta does not withhold taxes on Creator earnings unless required by law. Creators must comply with tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
9. Acceptable Use
9.1 You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights;
- deploy MCP servers that facilitate illegal activities or distribute malware;
- gain unauthorized access to other Users’ accounts, Deployments or data;
- interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service infrastructure;
- circumvent or manipulate the billing, metering or rate-limiting systems;
- resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization;
- send spam, phishing attempts or unsolicited communications;
- deploy content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual-property rights;
- use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive operations unrelated to MCP.
9.2 Creators are solely responsible for the content, functionality, accuracy and legality of their Deployments.
9.3 We may suspend or terminate your account, remove Deployments, or take other action if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will provide notice where practicable, except in cases requiring immediate action to protect the Service or other Users.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 You retain all rights to the code, data and content you deploy on the Service. By using the Service, you grant Cynsta a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, proxy, and distribute your Deployment solely as necessary to provide the Service.
10.2 The Dock0 name, logo, website design and documentation are the property of Cynsta Technologies s.r.o. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
10.3 Certain components may be distributed under open-source licences. Those licences govern your use of such components independently of these Terms.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
11.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11.2 For Users in the European Economic Area, we comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 on personal data processing.
12. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
12.1 Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
12.2 By creating an account and using the Service, you expressly consent that performance of the Service begins immediately. You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.
12.3 For subscription services, if you exercise your right of withdrawal before the end of the first billing period, you will receive a proportional refund for the unused portion.
12.4 For Wallet top-ups, the funds are credited immediately upon payment. By completing a top-up, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal for amounts already credited.
13. Termination
13.1 Either party may terminate these Terms by closing your account. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
13.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your deployments and API keys may be disabled. Any remaining Wallet balance will be refunded subject to Section 7.3.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cynsta, its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss or damages, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
17. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
